Poets & Writers' NYC Update
New York City Update
A Monthly Compendium of Information and Events
for Writers in the New York City Area

Work at Poets & Writers

There are two positions in our NYC office:

We need a full-time Assistant Editor to work on our award-winning publication, Poets & Writers Magazine. This will be someone with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, plus familiarity with the literary community and passion for contemporary literature. Poets & Writers offers a comprehensive benefits package and a great work environment.

In addition, we have extended the deadline for applications for the Online Editorial Fellow to August 15. Fellowships are paid, part-time, temporary positions (September to June), ideal for an MFA student or a recent grad. That said, we welcome applications from all interested candidates. This fellowship will provide experience in the production of online content and the management of a dynamic, highly trafficked website.
