Hello to the Reader,
For a long time now, I haven't been able to write a poem wheather it be ryhme or free verse.
I don't know if it happens to anyone but, out of the blue, an idea will all of a sudden pop in my head.
Here's a quick example (It really happened) I was driving home one night and had to make a left turn.
The sign said devided highway. Boom. There it was. Divided highways. Sides are chosen. Okay...I got that.
Among a few hundred ideas I have written down, I can't seem to find any that would fit. How do you put
two and two together when you have afew hundred ideas. Even though I have written many poems and am blocked,
Please be aware that I am learning disabled. It doesn't mean I can't learn but it does mean that I dont' learn like
other people. I need one on one help. Either through email or Skype. On Skype, I am cwcontester. I really want to
start writing poetry again. With learning disabilities, I can't alwasy come up with a ryhme. Here's one I am looking
for ideas in my notebooks when I have the time:
I am a guide to the stars
A map of the night sky
A compass to your dreams.
(something is there but what do I do to complete it?)
