Greetings, I am John, and I found this place while just looking around on the web. I am here, plainly, because I am a writer, and wanted to share my works with some like-minded people. I am 20 years old, unpublished, but probably would have to say I care more about writing than breathing, or that it is a close thing.
I am more a prose writer than a poet, but I have ventured into verse a bit more as of late. I hope that by being here I can improve my work and perhaps get some insight into the process of publication. In any case, I am glad to be around, and look forward to meeting you all!
If you want to know more about me, or about my writing, you need only to ask. I am under the impression that an open book is the best kind.
For the stargazers, and mountain climbers, the runaways, and even those who did look back for the dreamers all, for everyone who looks at their life as a blank page, I have this advice. Start writing.
