Get Funding for Readings and Workshops
Since 1970, our Readings/Workshops program (R/W) has paid writers fees for giving readings and facilitating writing workshops. R/W staff will hold a series of meetings around the city this month to share information about the program. Writers and literary presenters are invited to learn more and talk with R/W staff.
Sunday, May 6, 5PM at Verlaine, 100 Rivington St., Manhattan
The meeting will be followed by a reading presented by the Kundiman & Verlaine Reading Series.
Thursday, May 23, 7PM at 4 St. Paul's Cafe, 4 St. Paul's Ave., Staten Island
Sponsored by the Council on the Arts & Humanities in Staten Island.
For more information, contact Bonnie Rose Marcus, Director, R/W East.
Stay tuned for details about a June meeting in the Bronx.
