Hello Can't Post

My name is Tais Helena, live in Canada and I am thrilled to be here. I've never seen a forum so rich with information ! I feel overwhelmed (and honoured) to be part of this forum, with so many great writers.
I have a website, which is still in the process of building but the poetry forum is ready. It has only my poems at the moment, but hope to soon see more poets there to share their talents and give feedback on poems. The website address is:

I am also looking into 'how to publish my first manuscript'. Meanwhile, I am also collecting more poems and as I write, I post on my forum. I have never been published, but founded a poetry group in the last city I lived in (Burlington, ON), and when I moved to another city, I had to leave the poetry group. Now, hopefully I can form another one here, in my new city.

Here is a small poem I would like to share with you:

Through paths of Nature

in the midst of deep forests

leaves dance a ballet

with grace over gentle blue lake,

winds whisper “Glory to God”

Yes, I love God, so a lot of my poems are about God. When I write about nature, I write about God, and I also write poems related to art and music. There are advocacy poems I have posted on the website, and Life poems as well.

Thank you for allowing me to be here with you!

Welcome, Tais. Are your parents opera buffs?
