35 NEW WRITING CONTEST DEADLINES

TWO NEW JERSEY WRITERS WIN P&W'S WRITERS EXCHANGE AWARD
Poet Claudia Burbank (pictured) and fiction writer Daniel Degnan, both of New
Jersey, are the recipients of the 2010 Maureen Egen Writers Exchange
Award. Burbank and Degnan will each receive an all-expenses-paid trip to
New York City in October to meet with agents, editors, publishers, and
other members of the New York literary community.
