My name is Richard Binkele. I've been a journalist most of my life, spending nearly twenty years on Wall Street as a writer/editor and a compliance officer reviewing marketing and advertising. And all the time, in whatever spare time I had, I wrote. Poems, short stories, long stories, novels, whatever came to me when I had paper or a computer around. For the past few years I've been an antique dealer, a school bus driver and a freelance writer. But this summer I'll finally get the opportunity to do what I've always wanted to do. I've been accepted into the Masters of Writing Program at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY and because of my publishing background I will be shepherding the next two issues of Inkwell Journal to press.
