Greetings to all Can't Post

I am new here. My name is Ricardo and I have been writing since I was 6 years old. I have never published a poem or book. I am from Puerto Rico and am 23 years old.

My favorite poets are Rimbaud , Milton , Dante , Baudelaire , Verlaine. My favorite writers are Poe , Nietzsche , Wilde , and De Sade.

I would like to know people with my interests . Poets , writers , etc. Can I post my work here someday ?

Ricardo

Hola Ricardo!

Welcome. As Wendy said, we don't post work here. No doubt you've found a lot of places on the web where you can. If not, I can suggest a few.

Re: [Ricardo] Greetings to all [In reply to] Can't Post

Ricardo,

I've put together a quick list of links. There are scrillions of places for poetry on the web.

These are mostly workshops, though some will let you just post.

Blue Line is probably the nicest group of people on the web that I've run into: http://blueline.goobertree.com/forum/index.php

also, there's a poetry workshop at the Zoetrope virtual studio http://www.zoetrope.com/index.cgi

RhymeZone seems like a good place, but I've never hung out there:

http://www.poemzone.com/

There's tons of them out there. Here a site that mentions a few: http://www.internetwriter.co.uk/chapters/chap4.htm

An email based group that's good:
http://internetwritingworkshop.org/contact.shtml

(I'm sorry, I don't know how to make these hot links here)
