Question Can't Post

Let's see here--I dislike being a dummy, but I find only one place
to click for posting. If I want to attach a response to a single
post, where do I click? Or does clicking on that post prior to
returning to the general conference head where it says post
get the poster attached to a specific message?

Re: [meginrose] Question [In reply to] Can't Post

To reply to a post, click either the Quote icon or the Reply icon . These appear on the subject line of each post. This will keep the posts associated as part of a single thread or topic.

To start a new thread/topic, click on the "Post New" button when viewing a forum. The "Post New" buttons appear at both the top and bottom of the topic list. In the current example, "Questions about The Speakeasy" is the forum, your post with the subject "Question" started a new thread/topic, and this is a reply to it (with quote.)

Re: [meg888] Question [In reply to] Can't Post

Speaking of questions, how in the bloody $*%# does one access the member directory? I could swear I did it once, though now I can't seem to find the door (I must confess I had the same problem with the old site, but was too ashamed to admit it)... Should I start a new thread for questions titled "Speakeasy for the Hopelessly Technobackward"?

Click on "Who's Online" in the toolbar at the top of the page. Click on "View Member Directory" in the title line of the new page that comes up.
