and I'm currently in the process of researching:

bahhhhh. I will never get this down to what is a semi-acceptable amount. I've heard of people applying to 17+, but I'm not going to apply to more than 12. Or 14.
kbritten, if you don't mind me asking, since this is your second go-round, are there any tips you'd pass along to a newbie on how to not pull all your hair out in this process?
