Ugly Duckling PresseWe favor emerging, international, and “forgotten” writers with well-defined formal or conceptual projects that are difficult to place at other presses. We also offer several curated series: the Eastern European Poets Series (publishing translations of poetic works from that area); the Dossier Series (specializing in conceptual and investigative works); the Lost Literature Series (bringing back neglected works of the 20th century); and 6x6, a poetry magazine. Our releases often contain handmade elements, calling attention to the labor and history of bookmaking. |

Poetry is a dialogue between the creator and the audience, and unbound CONTENT seeks to facilitate that dialogue. |
