You’ll be creating and updating our ancillary materials, like flyers and postcards for our festivals, small web-ads for ad swaps and contests, and any other odds-and-ends jobs of promotional materials and website updates. This person will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief.
You should apply if you: have experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe inDesign, creating advertising campaigns, have a creative portfolio or want to build one.
We are looking for 3 new bloggers who will rotate the types of content to produce each month: Carve news & updates; General Posts on books, authors, and writing; and Spotlight posts that highlight Carve stories, staff, fans, subscribers, and more. You’ll be expected to pen at least 2 posts/month, though more is appreciated.
You should apply if you: like reading and writing blogs, are familiar with the literary community and publishing industry, and have excellent copyedit skills.
