For fiction writers who would like to explore the hearts and minds of people in China, India and other SE Asian countries, and apply your insights into strong stories that play a key role in brand communication, in various media forms? Would you like to: Use professional creative writing craft to develop emotionally strong consumer experience stories and brand stories, to help our clients understand their consumers, and make their communication with consumers much more engaging and relevant? Use creative writing craft to shape brand stories in commercial communication environments, developing scripts for mini movies, interactive digital stories, etc? You will be trained in the use of advanced and highly innovative psychological techniques to gain insights into consumer perceptions and motivations, and to blend psychology with professional storytelling. Geographic Scope: China and India predominantly, and SE Asia. Full involvement in our projects in China, India and other SE Asian markets, working closely with TMRC teams - researchers, illustrators, animators - in China and India. Some creative writing coaching. Requirements: MFA Creative Writing (fiction) degree; You are inquisitive, eager to experiment and learn, you have a strong interest in human nature and psychology, and in general how humans tick, feel and behave; mother-tongue English, or near-native command of English; You are a very good communicator and team player, overall enthusiastic and dedicated to whatever life and work spaces you dive into; You do not need to have any consumer research or marketing experience required, and anyone is welcome to apply, from the recent (upcoming) MFA graduate to the seasoned and established writer.
