Denver Public Library

Since 1995, the Denver Public Library Central branch has been the largest library between Los Angeles and Chicago. Central Library is located next to the Denver Art Museum and has its own art collection. Designed by postmodern architect Michael Graves, the library features a coffee shop and is home to several book clubs. It also hosts community learning workshops for people of all ages, which cover subjects such as honing computing skills, communicating in English, studying for the GED, and getting help with homework.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM.
