Madcap Review

Madcap Review is a semiannual online journal of art and literature. As our name indicates, we embrace the impulsive, the reckless, and the lively, but we also have great respect for form and restraint. Founded in 2014 by a group of fiction writers, poets, and artists, Madcap is a platform for any and all forms of writing and art. We have no genre restrictions because we believe that great writing isn’t easily categorized.
