Blue Monday Review

Blue Monday Review is a quarterly literary magazine that publishes prose, poetry, and art that embodies the work of Kurt Vonnegut (you could say he's our spirit animal). We look for peculiar, off-center, and engaging work. Kurt Vonnegut was a man who knew how to craft great stories that celebrated truth and beauty while maintaining a sardonic wit that makes our hearts swell with bitterness and joy. If your work can stir up even a sliver of that feeling, we want to see it.

Blueline

Blueline seeks poems, stories, and essays relating to the Adirondacks and regions similar in geography and spirit, or focusing on the shaping influence of nature. We also seek essays that interpret the literature and/or culture of the Adirondack region or surrounding areas, including New York State, New England, or eastern Canada. Ecocritical essays or short non-fictional memoirs based in the culture of the region are especially welcome.
