Barking Sycamores is a literary journal whose mission is to publish poetry, short fiction (1,000 words or less), creative non-fiction (beginning Issue 8), hybrid genre work, and artwork by neurodivergent writers. We also seek to add positively to the public discussion about neurodivergence as a whole in the form of essays on literature and the interrelationship between neurodivergence and the creative process.
