South Jersey Underground was born out of a desire to provide an outlet for writers and artists alike. Our goal is to fuse the mediums of fiction, poetry, and visual art; creating a unique mural with every issue. SJU a bi-monthly magazine or maybe quarterly magazine that is sometimes published monthly. There is no formal structure to how many authors or artists are included in each issue and no restrictions on submitted content. Based in New Jersey, with a slight leaning to that states artists and writers, the magazine accepts submissions from everywhere.
