The Conium Review prints well-crafted fiction and poetry. We have relatively loose submission guidelines, opening up our pages to everything from minimalist work to novellas. We are firm believers in the importance of print publication, and we provide a platform for new and established authors who want to see their work in a traditional print format. While our journal is print-only, we still keep up with electronic trends through online reviews, podcasts, and social network integration.
Tips From the Editor
Read our submission guidelines thoroughly, and pick up a copy of our journal to get a feel for our editorial style. Decide whether or not your piece is a good fit before you submit. We tend to publish work that might be overlooked by other journals. Push your writing to its stylistic limits, and don’t tell us a story we’ve already heard before.
