| Description: | Do you have a great idea for a romance novel but aren’t sure how to start? This one-day class can help take you from imagination to the first pages of a book. Students will learn how to make time for writing, set schedules, and start that novel! We’ll use writing exercises and prompts to help break through writer’s block and tips on crafting characters and scenes. Students will leave the class with a writing schedule and the beginning of a romance scene. This class will focus on: How to carve out writing time in your day Learning the unique structure of a romance novel Tricks for creating memorable characters and settings |
