Wings Press was founded in 1975. The mission of Wings Press is to publish the finest in American writing—meaning all of the Americas—without commercial considerations clouding the choice. Tips From the Editor
Before submitting a full ms., we prefer a descriptive query, along with a short biographical note, prior reveiws, etc. Prospective authors should give us some idea of how they perceive their role in promoting the book. For example, poets should estimate the number of readings they give in a year. How much travel do they normally do in a year that could be coordinated with signings and readings?
