Vulcan attempts to offer a creative environment for contemporary voices where normalcy and conformity are not requirements. We currently seek amazing art, photography, collage, and graphics submissions that aim to recover originality through treason, revolution, intelligence and community. We focus on the lives of marginalized citizens and communities, with experiences outside the institution of written language.

Tips From the Editor

We do not print beautiful landscape poetry, as it causes us to gag with horror, which we then photograph and print in the mag to share. Take a look! All issues are in-full, online.
