This program features the Eminent Writers in Residence program as well as the Visiting Writers Series and the Student Reading Series. Second-year students may take part in a retreat at the Shortgrass Steppe Station in Colorado. Professional internships with magazines, newspapers, and nonprofit organizations are available.  The program is partnered with the Ucross Foundation Residency Program.
