Details:	Michigan’s Walloon Lake, an old stomping ground of Ernest Hemingway, is now the site of the Bear River Writers’ Conference, where each summer a new crop of writers join mentors such as Patricia Hampl, Robert Hass, Laura Kasischke, and Elizabeth Kostova.
