Starry Night Retreat

Starry Night Retreat offers residencies of two weeks to twelve months year-round to emerging poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers in the Hot Springs Historic District of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Residents are provided with a private apartment and work space, and will have access to a communal courtyard. Residents should be willing to share their work during readings, talks, and open studio nights at the retreat and in the community. The cost of the residency is $250 per week, or $900 per month. Financial aid is available. Submit up to 10 pages of poetry, fiction, or creative nonfiction, an artist’s statement, and a resumé. There is no application fee.
