A prize of $1,000 and publication by Starcherone Books is given annually for a book of fiction. Stacey Levine will judge. Submit a novel or collection of short fiction of up to 400 pages with a $30 entry fee by February 15. Send an SASE or visit the Web site for complete guidelines.
