Editorial Focus
Soundings Review is part of the Northwest Institute for Literary Arts, housing the Whidbey Writers Workshop [low-residency MFA Program] and various events and programs for writers. The Whidbey Island Writers Association is building a strong community of writers through education and networking, and the Soundings Review is a literary journal seeking to have writers connect with readers through high quality fiction, poetry and prose.
