Rachel Marie Patterson is the author of If I Am Burning (MSR 2011) and the Editor-in-Chief of Tupelo Quarterly. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in Creative Writing at the University of Missouri. She holds an M.F.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Recently, she was the recipient of an Academy of American Poets Prize. Her Myers-Briggs type is ENFJ.
