Editorial Focus
NER publishes quality fiction, poetry, and nonfiction that is both challenging and inviting to the general reader. The selections present a broad spectrum of viewpoints and genres, including traditional and experimental fiction and poetry, translations, criticism, & reviews.

Please do not send simultaneous submissions in POETRY. Simultaneous submissions in PROSE are fine, though please let us know as soon as a piece is accepted elsewhere. Feel free to query by e-mail if you do not hear from us in 12 weeks.
