Kentucky Women Writers Conference

The 33rd annual Kentucky Women Writers Conference was held from September 15 to September 17 at the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning in Lexington. The conference features craft talks and workshops in poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and spoken word. The faculty in 2011 included poets Lynnell Edwards, Krista Franklin, Aimee Nezhukumatathil, and Susan Stewart, fiction writers Tananarive Due, Francine Prose, and Danzy Senna, and creative nonfiction writer Kim Dana Kupperman.
