The Kelly Writers House at the University of Pennsylvania offers a one-year ArtsEdge Residency beginning on September 1 to an emerging poet, fiction writer, or creative nonfiction writer. The resident is provided with a subsidized apartment and studio space near the University of Pennsylvania campus in West Philadelphia, but must pay a monthly fee of $400 towards studio and apartment rental and is responsible for transportation and meals.
