Author's Bio

Jenny Sadre-Orafai is the author of the chapbooks Weed Over Flower, What Her Hair Says About Her, Dressing the Throat Plate, and Avoid Disaster. Her poetry has appeared in or is forthcoming in RHINO, Pank, The Bakery, Sixth Finch, ILK, iO: A Journal of New American Poetry, Poemeleon, Jet Fuel Review, Wicked Alice, can we have our ball back?, FRiGG, Dash, Boxcar Poetry Review, Caesura, Gargoyle, and other journals. Sadre-Orafai's prose has appeared in The Rumpus, The Los Angeles Review, South Loop Review, Ships that pass, and Airplane Reading. She is co-founding editor of Josephine Quarterly and an Assistant Professor of English at Kennesaw State University.
