Hedgebrook Master Class Retreats

Hedgebrook offers the Women Writers Master Class Retreat Series of weeklong sessions limited to six participants each. The programs include workshops, one-on-one meetings with master instructors, and time to write. The November 3 to November 10, 2011, master class was in fiction with master instructor Victoria Redel; the cost of the retreat is $2,200. The November 13 to November 20, 2011, retreat was in creative nonfiction with master instructor Claire Dederer; the cost is $2,200. Submit a writing sample of up to 10 pages, a curriculum vitae, and a personal statement. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and there is no application fee.
