Elaine Bleakney is the author of FOR ANOTHER WRITING BACK (Sidebrow Books, 2014) and 20 PAINTINGS BY LAURA OWENS (Poor Claudia, 2013).
Her poems and prose have been published in American Poetry Review, The Volta, jubilat, and many others.
A former coordinator at the Academy of American Poets, she edited the pull-apart anthology Poem In Your Pocket (Abrams, 2009). She has taught creative writing at Flagler College in Florida and the University of California, Irvine. She lives in Asheville, NC, and works at Penland School of Crafts.
