A prize of $500 is given annually to honor an essay about teaching and/or writing published during the previous year. Anyone may nominate essays of any length published in 2009. Mike Steinberg will judge. Submit two copies of each essay with the source and date of publication by January 15, 2010. There is no entry fee. E-mail for complete guidelines.
