The Djerassi Resident Artists Program offers residencies of four and five weeks to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers on a 580-acre ranch south of San Francisco. Residents are provided with lodging, meals, and studio space. For residencies from March through November, submit 6 to 10 poems or up to 25 pages of prose with a $45 application fee by February 15.
