TDR seeks poetry with beauty, emotional and intellectual depth, commitment to subject matter as well as language. This is a multicultural magazine with a standing interest in work that sees Judaism as a source of values and/or reflects on the current situation of Israel and the West.

Tips From the Editor

Traditional forms are welcome, as are love poems, religious poems, nature poems, social satire. Prose should be short (ideally, under 500 words) tend to the clarification of some idea. No bad language, vulgarity, sensationalism; no self-protective modern "irony."
