Chicago Humanities Festival
The 23rd annual Chicago Humanities Festival was held on October 14 and October 21 and from November 1 to November 11, 2012, at venues throughout Chicago and Evanston, Illinois, including Northwestern University, University of Chicago, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the UIC Forum. The theme for the 2012 festival was “America.” Participants included poet Anne Waldman and fiction writers Dorothy Allison and Luis Alberto Urrea.
