The 52nd annual Cape Cod Writers Center Conference was held from August 7 to August 10 at the Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The conference featured workshops and craft classes in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, as well as manuscript evaluations and mentoring sessions with editors and agents. The faculty included poet Kathleen Spivack, fiction writers Michelle Hoover and Diane O’Connell, nonfiction writer Matthew Goodman, editor DeWitt Henry, and agents Michael Snell and Rosemary Stimola. Tuition was $120 for a three-day course, $90 for a two-day course, or $60 for a single workshop. The registration fee was $60. The deadline for registration was July 25.
