Author's Bio

Bryana’s poems have been published in a number of literary journals and she is the recipient of several poetry prizes, including, a 2012 Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg prize and the grand prize in the 2013 Utmost Christian Writers' contest. Her first full-length collection of poetry, Having Decided to Stay, was released with Ethandune Publishing in 2012. Among other things, Bryana loves G.K. Chesterton, rain, acrylics, J.S. Bach, educational theory, Emily Dickinson, political science and children. She writes over at bryanajohnson.com about literature, the good life, and the World’s Great Lover.
