Axton Fellowships

A fellowship of $25,000 is given biennially to a fiction writer. The fellow will teach one course per semester, conduct one two-day literary seminar, and give one reading in the Axton reading series. Writers who have received an MFA or a PhD in creative writing within the last five years may submit up to 25 pages of fiction, an undergraduate course proposal, a curriculum vitae, and three letters of recommendation by November 1.
