ALTA Conference

The 34th annual American Literary Translators Association (ALTA) Conference was held from November 16 to November 19 at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The conference features panels, lectures, and bilingual readings. Past participants include translators Martha Collins, Kimiko Hahn, Idra Novey, and Roger Sedarat, and publishers Matvei Yankelevich and Anna Moschovakis of Ugly Duckling Presse and Jeffrey Yang of New Directions Press.
