Algonkian Writer Conference–New York City Pitch

The Algonkian Writer Conference–New York City Pitch for fiction writers and creative nonfiction writers was held from September 20 to September 23, 2012, at the Ripley-Grier Studios in New York City. The conference offers workshops on writing and selling fiction and creative nonfiction manuscripts, as well as an agent pitch session. The faculty included fiction writers Susan Breen, Michael Neff, and Rachel Sherman; editors Ibrahim Ahmad, Adrienne Avila, Kelli Fillingim, Emily Griffin, and Jennifer Josephy; and agents Melissa Broder and Katharine Sands.
