Janelle Elyse Kihlstrom lives in the Washington, D.C. area, where she received an M.A. in Writing from Johns Hopkins University in 2008. Her poems and book reviews have appeared in a number of journals, including Gargoyle and The Iowa Review, and her electronic chapbook, Les Bêtes de la Mer, was published by blossombones in 2008. Her new chapbook, Blue Trajectory, was published by Dancing Girl Press in October 2011. She edits the online journal Melusine.
